Committee Procedures

The selection and curation process operates under strict internal reporting pipelines:

  • Submission Timeline: The committee officially establishes and publicizes all internal presentation proposal deadlines.
  • Review Process: The committee meets either virtually or in person to meticulously evaluate all fully documented member proposals.
  • Board Approval: A finalized slate of recommended sessions and presenters must be submitted to the Chapter President and Executive Board for final sign-off prior to official conference submissions.
  • Documentation: The Chairperson maintains a historic archive of all submitted and accepted sessions to track the chapter’s ongoing professional impact over time.
Call for Proposals Notice: Official submission deadlines and presentation templates are distributed twice a year via the chapter newsletter and core web portal.
