Chairperson: The Chapter Secretary/Treasurer

Composition

  • Minimum of two (2) members
  • Maximum of five (5) members
  • Must be current Active Members
  • Must be in good standing

Representation & Tenure

  • Requires diverse geographic representation
  • Committee members serve a two (2) year term
Committee Note: The smaller committee size (2-5 members) balances out the wide operational scope of managing public chapter outreach and foundational digital assets.

Duties & Core Responsibilities

The Public Relations Committee manages the public image and digital presence of Mu Omicron by carrying out the following primary mandates:

  • Public Promotion: Advocate for and actively promote the organizational value, achievements, and mission of Mu Omicron to the general public.
  • Webmaster Operations: Routine maintenance, updating, and administrative oversight of the official chapter website.
